I had a new head shot photo taken yesterday for two reasons. One, my hair style is different than in the last photo I had done two years ago. Two, it just keeps getting lighter!! My photographer, David Shaughnessy, works miracles—what a doll! He always makes me look better than I really do! This time, the cards were kinda stacked against me. It's the middle of winter; I'm paler than my usual fish-belly white. Two weeks ago, I had a bad cold, and this past Tuesday I had bad food poisoning—neither helping my color. I put on a crap-ton of makeup, something I normally don't wear at all. In full disclosure and for no reason in particular, here's the before and after retouching I did on my photo. I still want it to look like me, just not the slightly nauseous, still coughing, exhausted me. The changes I made (before on the left, after on the right):
So overall, what do you think? Too much? Too little? Should I have left it untouched? Thanks for reading,
Cami =) Comments are closed.
