Of Course Kansas City Is Awesome. Duh!

According to Refinery 29, Kansas City (yep, that little dot in the middle of the country there) is one of the 29 Places & Things We Love. We rank alongside Rio de Janeiro; Auckland New Zealand; Stockholm, and American Samoa for pete's sake! 

Well, I say, "DUH!" Of course Kansas City is on this list, and many others (this one, this one, and this one) as well. But really, SSSHHH! We're not huge, and we like it that way. And we're also awesome. Kansas City is the largest city in the state (yes, larger than the city of St. Louis). It's beautiful here, with more fountains than anywhere in the world, except Rome! We have an amazing arts scene, music scene, and the best food anywhere, especially BBQ. 

But I'm not proud or anything.
